King Yat Hin Chinese Restaurant (景逸軒)


King Yat Hin is the premium branch of a local restaurant group in Hong Kong -Hon Po Group of Restaurants, throughout many years they have been struggling to do online promotion and convert online reach to offline traffic and sales.

Strategy:
Working in a team of three, I worked as a freelance digital strategist and paid specialist for the restaurant to craft new content angles, promotions and amplify their content. With the support of detailed market research and ongoing performance analysis, we produced content to promote two main pillars of the restaurant - wedding and catering.

Results:
The social media performance doubled year-on-year, O2O conversion rate was highest since the opening of the restaurant. Wedding site-visit and bookings continue achieve month-on-month growth even when the marketing is quiet in Q1 and the beginning of Q2 2020.
