British Airways



Britist Airways is Ogilvy’s global account and social content were created from key account team in London, yet a mass amount of locazation was needed for each market due to language and cultural differences. 

Strategy:
As the local lead for global account of British Airways, I manged the content creation and adaptation/localization process for Hong Kong region, made sure that they fit the tone and manner of the region and also resonate with the audience.
Weekly meetings which spread across 15+ market was conducted every week to track marketing campaigns and social posts performance, I was reponsible for researching local insight for the team as well to inform content plannning and paid media adjustment. 


Result: Engagement rate increased by 50% YoY
