HUAWEI Global


As a freelance digital consultant and social media content strategist, together with a team of 15, I managed the strategic development for more than 10 social channels of Huawei Global account, including Huawei main global page, Huawei Carrier, Huawei Cloud, Huawei’s Executive Director’s accounts, etc. I also manage a team of community managers to monitor and respond to global users on over 20+ social media accounts of the brand, the platforms included Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
 
Under this ever-changing political situation and in this extremely competitive ICT market, I was helping Huawei to reach its audience through engaging content and mythbusters to leviate brand’s impression. Content series and social community management are spreading across different aspects, for example, global education development, technology trends and brand building.

I also managed a team of 3 community managers to carry out social listening, comment morderation for over 500 daily enquiries and research to inform content strategy and prepare for potential social media crisis.
